For old PC - if u have slow hdd with low iops or u had windows 7 or 8 installed and wanna have the new features of windows 10 but have trouble running it, this might help u.
This windows is on its End Of Life, Ms isnt support it anymore.

winxshell with classic shell
removed
printers drivers [ not the support for install printer driver]
scanner drivers
metro apps
temp files etc...
