What is System Core?

From the start i used to strip packages and files from full OS
with System Core its opposite

Im taking small OS without any gui like windows server core 2016
or WindowsPE that have small footprint, memory usage, regs entries overall
and adding only critical packages  to enable gui, dotnet
reducing the time wasting to liting  tweaking and so on

What the main reason to take this action:
The problem with Windows 10 is there too much features changed / added
that come against users, mostly home users 

cons:
v2.9 have problem to mount new drive, rebooting would fix it
general drivers that included in windows, mostly need to be installed manually in this os
