ReplyDeletehey...can someone tell me why non-administrator(built-in) accounts take very long to log in? the log in finishes but the screen just becomes black and inaccessible except for the start menu which is accessible but nothing else works and apps start up and are visible in alt-tab but the screen remains black(this probably isn't a hardware issue as I have never faced this problem with other windows 10 installations before)....thanks in advance :).
